1. Who we are
The website avar.uz belongs to sole proprietor ATAMETOV ALISHER SHUXRAT O'G'LI (taxpayer ID 595767747), trading as Avar Sales ("we", "us"). We own and control the personal data you leave on the website.
This policy covers every page of avar.uz in English, Russian and Uzbek. Data processing is governed by Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" of 2 July 2019.
By submitting a form on the website you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not send us your data.
2. What data we receive
Data you give us:
- name, phone number, email address;
- company name and job title;
- your message and your answers to the test on the website.
Data collected automatically:
- IP address, device and browser type, language;
- pages you opened, where you came from (including ad tags), time spent on the website;
- cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
We do not collect biometric data or special categories of data such as health, religious or political views.
3. Why we process data
- To contact you about your request, run a free diagnostic session and prepare a proposal.
- To sign and perform a contract.
- To send useful materials and event invitations, only if you agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how people use the website and make it better.
- To measure which ads bring requests and show ads to people who have already visited the website.
- To protect the website from fraud and to comply with the law.
4. Legal grounds
- Your consent, when you submit a form or keep using the website after the cookie notice.
- A contract, when you become our client.
- The laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. Only staff who need it to handle your request can access it.
Data is processed by services acting on our behalf:
- Tilda Publishing: website hosting and form submissions;
- Telegram: notifying our team about a new request;
- a CRM system: keeping track of requests and clients;
- Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) and Yandex (Yandex Metrica): visit statistics;
- Meta (Meta Pixel): ad measurement and targeting.
We may disclose data to public authorities upon a lawful request.
6. Cross-border transfer
The services in section 5 store data on servers outside the Republic of Uzbekistan: in the USA, the European Union and other countries on the list of states with an adequate level of personal data protection approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 29 July 2026. By submitting a form, you consent to your data being transferred to these services to the extent needed for the purposes in section 3.
We do not collect biometric or genetic data, which the law requires to be stored only in Uzbekistan.
7. How long we keep data
- Requests that did not lead to a contract: 3 years after the last contact.
- Contract data: for the term of the contract and 5 years after it ends, as accounting rules require.
- Cookie data: for the periods stated in the Cookie Policy.
When the period ends, we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.
8. How we protect data
- Access to the request database is only through personal accounts and only for the staff who need it.
- The website runs over secure HTTPS.
- We publish client stories on the website only anonymised or with the client's consent.
No method of sending data over the internet is 100% secure, but we do everything we can to reduce the risks. If a data breach happens, we will notify the competent public authority within the time limits set by law and warn the people affected.
9. Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data of yours we process and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete or block your data;
- withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from mailings;
- complain to the competent public authority or to a court.

10. Minors
The website is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If such data reaches us, we delete it.
11. Links to other websites
The website links to Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn and other resources. They have their own data rules, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page and applies from the date shown at the top.
